Live streaming video coverage of the college sailing spring national championships has become something of a tradition. Live coverage began at the 2009 nationals in San Francisco as an experiment by Chris Love and an upstart video website (now defunct) sailgroove.org. Nowadays, live broadcasting of the three sailing championship regattas is a major undertaking with multiple cameras, graphics, and commentators filling hours of air time over the 10+ day event!
